Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mozi and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any policies referenced here. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe compromise the Service or other users.
3. Your Content and Rights
You retain ownership of the original characters, artwork, stories, and other content ("User Content") you create or upload. By making User Content available on the Service, you grant Mozi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and adapt it solely as needed to operate and improve the Service. Licensing your characters to others through the Service is always under your control.
4. On-chain Records and Licensing
Minting, lineage, and license records are written to a public blockchain. Blockchain records are immutable and cannot be edited or deleted by us. Certificates issued through the Service document the license terms agreed between the parties; they are records of the transaction and do not constitute legal advice.
5. Payments and Fees
Some features (minting certificates, licenses, tipping, wallet top-ups) require payment. Prices and supported payment methods are shown at checkout. Completed payments for consumable or fulfilled items are generally non-refundable unless required by law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Applicable fees (e.g. tipping service fees) are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to infringe others' intellectual property, impersonate anyone, distribute malware, scrape or disrupt the Service, or upload unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content — including content that exploits or harms minors. We may remove content and take enforcement action, including account termination, against violations.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mozi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes and Contact
